How To Use Your Membership

As a member of International SOS, you should have a card. On the back of your card, you will find the contact numbers for SOS clinics and Alarm Centers worldwide.

In China ISOS has :

If you have any questions of a medical nature, or are sick, please call one of International SOS's 24 Hour Alarm Centers and request to speak to a doctor. You will be asked your name, the telephone number you are calling from and membership number.

ISOS Hours of Operation

ISOS takes care of all your health care needs, from basic primary medical needs to any unforeseen emergencies, which may arise during your stay in Beijing.

In Beijing, the regular clinic hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Emergency medical care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
