What is the HSK?
The HSK, also known as the Chinese Proficiency Test, is a national standardized test designed to evaluate the Chinese proficiency of non-native Chinese speakers, such as foreigners, overseas Chinese and people from Chinese national minorities. Depending on the participant's Chinese language ability, three levels of HSK tests are available:
