Student Flats are cozier and offers a little more privacy than student dorms. Each Student Flat apartment has one bedroom, living room, private bathroom with 24 hours hot water, and a kitchenette. Each flat has one or two single beds, desks, chairs, telephone, TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Electricity (50 units/mo/flat) and water are included in the accommodation. Cost of outgoing telephone calls are to be paid by the individual. Washing machines are located on each floor. Accommodation can be based on single or double occupancy. For double occupancy, PRC Study will assign roommates.
