UIBE campus accommodation does not offer Econo Dorms, rather they offer Standard Dorms or Studio Flats, based on Single or Double occupancy. Should you choose double occupancy, PRC Study will arrange a roommate for you. Electricity (50 units/mo) and water are included in the accommodation. Cost of outgoing telephone calls are to be paid by the students. Coin-operated washing machines are available for students use. Students living on campus have curfews and are required to return to their dormitories by midnight.

Standard Dorm (Huibin Dorm)

 

This is a six-story building providing 198 standard rooms. The first and second floor house offices and classrooms while the upper four floors are designed as a dormitory to accommodate foreign students on campus. Within the dorm building, there is a business service office, recreation hall, exercise room, coffee shop, and laundry facility.

All the standard dorms are equipped with two beds, desks, chairs, telephone, television, air conditioning and private bath with 24 hours hot water. There are public kitchens on each floor. Accommodations can be based on single or double occupancy. For double occupancy, PRC Study will assign roommates.

Student Flat (Huicai Apartment)

This building was just completed in September 2002. Each Studio Flat apartment has a sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, balcony and private bathroom with 24 hours hot water. Fully furnished, it has two beds, dining table, desks, chairs, TV, telephone, and air conditioning. Accommodations can be based on single or double occupancy. For double occupancy, PRC Study will assign roommates.
